Job Context:
BTL Electric & Electronics is hiring some competent "Regional Sales Manager" for overlooking the entire Division to achieve the organizations goals & objectives.
Must be creative thinker, Hard worker & able to meet the sales & Marketing targets for achieving the company objectives. Besides, it is essential to have the expertise of recruiting teams & Setup along with monitoring the old Salespeople.
• Candidates must have the practical experience on Electric & Electronics Industries.
Job Location will be Barisal
Mandatory Option.
√Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on different retails markets on basis of respective area.
√Organize weekly/ monthly sales meeting with the team.
√Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
√Must Have managerial experience in retails markets, dealer and distributor manage and have the ability to manage all Division sales staffs and train them.
√Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department`s targets.
• Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales.
√Collect information of competition network expansion and activities and also gather market information & business achievement.
√Prepare progress report as required by management.
√Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly target set by the management.
